Age & Weight Limits

5/6 - 80 lbs. (can't turn 7 before 7/31/11)
7 - 90 lbs.(can't turn 8 before 7/31/11)
8 - 100 lbs.(can't turn 9 before 7/31/11)
9 - 112 lbs.(can't turn 10 before 7/31/11)
10 - 130 lbs.(can't turn 11 before 7/31/11)
11/12 - 155 lbs.(can't turn 13 before 7/31/11)

Agreement Information/Disclaimer

In consideration of the acceptance of my entry as a member of one of the football/cheerleading teams in the AYAC, I do herby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators waive release and forever discharge any and all rights and claims for damage which I may or which may accrue to me against AYAC, any of it’s teams, the sponsors, the administrators of the practice or playing fields, all AYAC respective officers, agents, representatives, successors, and/or assigns for any and all damages which may be sustained and suffered by me in connection with my said association with AYAC or entry and/or arising out of my traveling to, participation in and return from said youth football/cheerleading league games, practice games, practices or exhibitions conducted during the season. Please be advised, all football/cheerleading equipment and uniforms loaned to your child are property of the AYAC and a $25.00 deposit per family is required at the time the equipment/uniform is distributed. At the conclusion of the football season, it is your responsibility to return all AYAC equipment and uniform(s) to AYAC and at that time, your equipment deposit of $25.00 per family will be returned. Your signature below signifies your agreement that if such equipment and/ or uniform(s) are not returned to the AYAC within sixty (60) days following the conclusion of the season, then AYAC shall be entitled to liquidated damages in the amount of $350.00 (football) and $150.00 (cheerleading), not as a penalty, but to reimburse AYAC for the cost of replacement of such equipment and uniform(s).

AYAC Executive Board reserves the right to assign your child to any Team/ Squad within their appropriate age/weight division.

As a condition of your child joining an AYAC team/squad, AYAC will require that each child participate in organization fund raising activities and parents volunteer for AYAC related functions such as working the concession stand, gate, score board, field preparation, etc. Failure to participate in fund raising activities and parental involvement can result in penalties as stated in the fundraising policy.
