AYAC Football Equipmnet Hand-OutsGame uniforms and equipment handouts will be held on Sunday, July 17th at Amelia High School. AYAC requires that all players submit a $25.00 equipment/uniform deposit at the time you pick up your gear in which they will get back at the end of the season. Players will not be able to participate in any pre-season Bowl Games until their registration fee is paid or they have completed the appropriate “Hardship Application”.The Hardship Application allows the parents to pay for their registration fee in installments or they will asked them to assist/volunteer with other operating details within the organization to make up for the registration fee. These work details may include extra concession duty, field detail, working the gate, therefore, the players will not receive their game uniform until CCYFL weigh-ins, which are scheduled for the weekend of August 16th and 17th. NOTE: It is important that the coaches try to keep the players from using their game pants in practice. The following is the list of time slots, in which each team can pick their uniforms and equipment.
AYAC Football Equipment Turn-InsFootball equipment turn-in will be held on Sunday, Dec 5th beginning at 12pm at the game field. Many of the AYAC football teams will be participating in after-season tournaments so, it makes sense for everyone to turn-in their equipment after the Thanksgiving Weekend. You will receive your $25.00 deposit at the time you turn-in your equipment.
CHANGED FROM ORIGINAL MAKE-UP DATE The make-up date for football equipment turn-in will be Sunday, December 19th between 12pm-1pm. This will be the last day players/parents will be able to turn-in their equipment and collect their $25.00 deposit. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
